  2.                   SETING UP A WORKING SYSTEM ON A FLOPPY DISK
  3.  
  4.             Format a new disk on which you will use PC-ACCOUNT.  See 
  5.        the FORMAT command in your DOS manual.  If you intend to use 
  6.        PC-ACCOUNT in drive A, copy COMMAND.COM from your DOS disk to 
  7.        the newly formatted PC-ACCOUNT working disk.

  9.             Place a write protect tab on the PC-ACCOUNT distribution 
  10.        disk and insert it into drive A.  Place the formatted working 
  11.        disk into drive B.  Make drive B the default drive.  You should 
  12.        have the B> prompt.  Enter the command:

  14.                                   A:NEWCXSYS
  15.  
  16.             NEWCXSYS will copy programs from the PC-ACCOUNT 
  17.        distribution disk in drive A to your PC-ACCOUNT working disk in 
  18.        drive B.  It will then prompt you to run the INIT program to 
  19.        create new data files.  See the STARTING PC-ACCOUNT section in 
  20.        the PC-ACCOUNT manual for instructions on setting up new 
  21.        PC-ACCOUNT accounting files.
